Five years ago, Fur Ever Yours Animal Rescue was founded on a simple belief: every animal deserves a second chance. Since then, 542 lives have been changed through rescue, rehabilitation, fostering, adoption, and sanctuary care. Today, as we begin celebrating our fifth anniversary, we're honoring three dogs whose lives changed overnight.

Charlie, Jazz, and Missy came to us after their owner received an eviction notice. Through no fault of their own, they suddenly lost the home they had always known. One day they had stability, familiar surroundings, and the comfort of routine. The next, they were facing an uncertain future.

We are incredibly grateful to Okanogan Regional Humane for completing their initial intakes on such short notice. Thanks to dedicated partners and an amazing community of supporters, these dogs did not fall through the cracks. Our foster network stepped up immediately, giving them safety, warmth, and the opportunity to begin again.
Meet the Dogs
Jazz
Jazz is a gentle 99-pound chocolate Lab mix who arrived understandably nervous and unsure of what came next. Now that he knows he is safe, his personality is beginning to shine. His foster family describes him as polite, affectionate, and friendly with every dog he meets. He has also quickly discovered that couches and beds are among life's greatest treasures. Jazz is completing his veterinary care, but adoption applications are now being accepted.
Charlie
Charlie is a tiny ray of sunshine with a heart full of love. She greets people with excitement and seems grateful for every kindness. Having previously lived with both dogs and cats, she adapts well and finds comfort staying close to the people she trusts. Charlie is looking for a patient family who will let her continue building confidence at her own pace. We are currently reviewing applications for her adoption.
Missy
With her signature Miniature Pinscher ears and sweet, gentle spirit, Missy stole hearts from the moment she arrived. We are thrilled to share that her adoption is currently pending. Her journey is a beautiful reminder of why rescue matters and why we never stop fighting for these happy endings.
