Born to a Lab mix mom (dad’s a mystery!), we estimate they’ll grow to be around 60 to 65 pounds when full-grown. Like typical Lab mixes, they’re active, affectionate, and intelligent, making them the perfect companions for families who enjoy outdoor adventures and playtime! Whether it’s fetch, hikes, or snuggling on the couch, these pups are eager to share their love.

What You Should Know:
- Born 1/15/25
- As of 4/2/25, they’ve received 2 rounds of vaccines and are considered under-vaccinated.
- Each puppy has been dewormed and microchipped.


We’re looking for families with fenced yards, though we’ll also consider breed-savvy and active homes. These pups will be traveling to the Seattle area soon, ready to meet you and start their new lives!

Thor - 3 Month Old Pup With Porcupine Quills

Picture a puppy, trembling in fear and pain, his fragile body riddled with porcupine quills. That was Thor—a brave German Shepherd mix pup—until heroic angels saved him after 30 grueling hours. Thor was one of four pups trapped by partner rescue Black Rock Ranch. They all had to be rescued using a live trap because they were extremely fearful of humans. Thor was the last one to be rescued with 13 quills on his eyelids and countless more on his face, paws and body. But Thor’s battle isn’t over.  

Thor’s courage breaks our hearts. We are grateful to the veterinary team at Broadway Animal Hospital in Moses Lake who cleared their afternoon schedule to help all 4 puppies. They are resting this weekend in foster homes armed with pain medicine and antibiotics. Without the team of rescuers, Thor would have lost his chance at a happy life.
