Lil’ Chunk came to us after his family could no longer care for the litter. He arrived undernourished, but this resilient little guy has made an incredible comeback. With proper nutrition, routine, and lots of love, he’s now thriving — gaining healthy weight, building confidence, and showing off his joyful, social personality.



Lil’ Chunk adores other dogs, enjoys human attention, and carries that classic Dachshund charm: loyal, affectionate, curious, and full of personality in a small package.

Medical Information

  • 2 DAPP vaccines received (last on 12/26/25)

  • 3rd DAPP due mid‑January 2026

  • 4th DAPP (if recommended by your vet) due mid‑February, along with rabies

  • Dewormed

  • Neuter window: Late April – Late May 2026

  • Adoption includes a neuter contract
