Meet Jake – Your Gentle, Curly Companion

13 lbs | 5–6 years old | Neutered Male | Poodle Mix

Jake is a tender-hearted little guy with a scrappy charm and soft curls that barely shed. At 13 pounds and around 5–6 years old, this poodle mix is housetrained, knows basic commands, and walks politely on a leash — though he may cower when overwhelmed or startled by loud noises.

Jake bonds deeply with his person and feels scared when left alone (he gets better everyday), so he’ll thrive in a patient home where someone is around often. He loves dogs of all sizes and both sexes, but truly comes alive when playing with pups his own size. At bedtime, he’ll quietly climb into your bed for comfort and connection.

A fenced yard and a gentle routine will help Jake feel safe and confident. He’s looking for someone who understands that healing takes time — and that love, once earned, lasts forever.

 Meet Luna

Luna – A Little Dog with a Big Heart
Breed: Dachshund/Chihuahua Mix
Sex: Female
Age: Approximately 1 year
Weight: 13.75 lbs
Spayed, microchipped, vaccinated (including rabies), flea and tick prevention and dewormed

Luna didn’t ask for her world to change—but it did. Her loving family faced unimaginable loss when her mom bravely battled cancer for months. When she passed, the grieving father and children had to downsize into an apartment, and with heavy hearts, they surrendered their three beloved dogs. Luna was one of them.

Now in foster care, Luna is learning to trust again—and she’s doing beautifully. She’s a lively, curious girl with surprising athleticism and a nose that loves adventure, so a secure fenced yard is a must. She’s eager to please, adores humans and other dogs, and is responding well to basic training. Her spirit is resilient, her love is unconditional, and her story deserves a beautiful new chapter.

If you’re ready to open your heart and home to a dog who’s already known deep love and deep loss, Luna is waiting. She’s not just looking for a home—she’s looking for healing.
