Minnie and her furry sister Bailey were picked up by a kind person. They were found in an area where dogs are typically dumped in Okanogan County. We eventually found the owner. The owner surrendered the dogs to us.

He would do better with smaller kibble and he seems to be a grazer. With wet food he's more motivated to eat, but he will finish his food throughout the day
Stays close and recalls very well.
